Heavily involved in charity since 2008, Matt has held many positions from Ambassador, Patron, representative, fund-raiser and supporter to many causes.


100 Charities - 100 days

Throughout 2016 and into 2017, Matt has set himself the task to help over 100 charities raise funds over 100 days. He’s mainly assisting directly to events, utilizing personal and business contacts in raising funds for charity events. Keep an eye on social media and news feed for updates.


Founder and Trustee

Matt founded Action Against Poaching in 2015, with the aim to assist anti and counter-poaching efforts in Africa, primarily to save Elephants and Rhinos.

Charity Mission: “To effectively assist our partners and our own initiatives in the combatting of illegal poaching and the Ivory trade. Our main focus is the proactive assistance of the protection of endangered species such as Rhinoceros’ and Elephants. We achieve this through 3 main programs, Ranger training and assistance, Intelligence and Education”.


Patron – Lee Rigby Foundation

In 2015 Matt was asked by the Rigby family to be Patron of the Lee Rigby Foundation, a position that he was honored and privileged to be asked and to undertake.

The foundation offers care, support &advice for bereaved families, Veterans & the UK Military.


Royal British Legion: Matt has been an Ambassador for the RBL since releasing the book 90 Years of Heroes in 2011.


Deptherapy: Matt was a founding Patron of the charity in 2008 and helped establish British and US relations to enable joint rehabilitation programs through Scuba Diving. The charity attracted research from doctors, universities and rehabilitation specialists, conducting 2-3 diving programs a year. In the time Matt was Patron, the charity conducted no less than 10 courses with at least 70 UK and US service personnel benefiting from this revolutionary treatment. Matt stood down from the charity in 2012 to focus on alternative charitable projects.
